Can we cook, or bring our own food?
Yes to both. Both houses have a full kitchen with gas, a fridge and utensils, and outside food is completely fine. You can also hire the in-house cook for homemade meals, or order in — 50+ restaurants deliver here.
Is there a BBQ?
Sapphire has a BBQ setup, veg and non-veg, available on request. Ask when you book so it is ready for you.
Is the pool private?
Completely. You take the whole house, so the pool, the lawn and every room are yours alone for the stay. Nothing is shared with another group.
How many people can stay?
Both are 4BHK and comfortable for 8–15 guests. Diamond has 5 mattresses plus 3 extra; Sapphire has 6 king mattresses plus 1 extra. For bigger groups, take both houses.
Is alcohol allowed?
Yes, for private consumption within the house. Please be considerate about noise late at night — there are neighbours on this stretch.
Are pets allowed?
Guests have brought dogs to Sapphire before. Ask us first so we can confirm for your dates.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Flexible check-in — ask and we'll usually make it work. Call or WhatsApp and we will usually make it work around your travel.
Can we book both villas together?
Yes — they are 1.5 km apart on the same stretch of ECR, and taking both is the usual answer for a really big group.
What happens if the power goes out?
There is 24/7 generator backup at both houses, and a security guard on site round the clock.
