4BHK — 1 AC ground-floor room + 3 AC first-floor rooms. There are 6 king mattresses + 1 extra. Groups are usually 8–15 guests.
Do we get the whole house?
Yes. Booking is by phone or WhatsApp. Whole home only — never shared. You will not be sharing the house, the pool or the lawn with anyone else.
What happens if the power goes out?
There is a 24/7 generator backup and a security guard on site round the clock, so an outage does not become your problem.
Can we cook, or should we order in?
Fire up the BBQ, hire the cook for homemade food, or let Swiggy and Zomato handle it.
Where do we park?

Is there anything for the kids to do?
Carrom, UNO, Jenga, Football, Badminton, Volleyball and cricket are all here, indoors and out. There is 200 Mbps Wi-Fi too, for when they have had enough sun.

Can we take both villas?
Yes — ECR Diamond Beach House is about 1.5 km up the same stretch of ECR. For a really big group, taking both is the usual answer.
